Recipient Created Tax Invoice Agreement

Fletchers' Freighters subcontractors are able to enter into an agreement with Fletchers' Freighters Pty Ltd to allow Fletchers' Freighters Pty Ltd to issue recipient created tax invoices to the subcontractor for those supplies specified in this agreement.

Employment Application

The application for employment form is your first step to potential employment. Open and complete the document below and then fax the completed form to 08 85829475 or fax to (08) 85823391

You may initially email your completed form to fletchers@fletchersfreighters.com.au but this must be followed up with a printed copy.

The following criteria is the basis for all driving positions

• Provide a minimum of two current referees.
• Must hold a current license issued in any Australian State or Territory.
• Minimum of two years experience with the current class of license.
• Provide a printout of driving history from the relevant transport authority.
• Must undertake and pass a TruckSafe Medical prior to commencement.
